Trained in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London, Dana brings a rare inside-out perspective: she is the lawyer who drafts the deal, the governance professional who designs the system, and the entrepreneur who has lived the operational risk she now advises. As Founder of Oslow Solutions and Legal Counsel at Wilken Group Limited, she has built legal departments from scratch, led M&A due diligence protecting KES 5M+ in investment value, and delivered board-level governance and risk assessments across multi-subsidiary operations. She currently serves as Executive Director at Kaluka Technologies Limited and Elara Labs Limited and as Alternate Director at Amana Capital Limited. Dana holds an OCEG Certified GRC Professional designation and the Corporate Governance Course for Directors (CCG) certification. She is a founding member of the African Graduate Students Network and a recognised leader through the Future Global Leaders Forum.
